Mikash Skincare products can be purchased through our online store. Customers are encouraged to browse the product range and contact us for further information or recommendations.

    Mikash Skincare strives to dispatch orders quickly, and as such, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.     Faulty Products:

    If a product is found to be faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a refund, replacement, or repair.


    Change of Mind:

    We do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will assess the situation.

     

     

    Delivery:

    Mikash Skincare processes and ships orders within 2-3 business days, provided the order is placed during business hours. Shipping times may be extended during promotional periods or high-demand times, such as during the Christmas holidays.

     

    Shipping Services:

    We use Australia Post for domestic shipping. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3-4 business days after dispatch for metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery may take longer. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

     

    Shipping Fees:

    Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. International shipping may be subject to additional fees and customs charges, depending on the destination country.

     

    Order Tracking:
