All of Mikash products are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with the exception of our Retinol Night Repair Cream. We recommend opting for our Hydrating Moisturiser instead, as it provides nourishing hydration without any concerns during this special time. 

All of our products are crafted with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin, making them suitable for teenagers. Since teenage skin is naturally rich in collagen, we recommend the following products to support healthy, radiant skin:

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser: A soft, effective cleanser that removes impurities without stripping the skin.
2. Rose Otto Mist: A refreshing mist that hydrates and soothes
3. Vitamin C Serum: This antioxidant-rich serum helps brighten the skin and protect against environmental stressors.

All of our products except for our Barrier Balm have a shelf life of 12 months. Our Barrier Balm has a shelf life of 6 months.

When introducing any new skincare products, it’s common for skin to go through a brief adjustment period, which can sometimes include minor breakouts. At Mikash, our products are formulated with natural, gentle ingredients, making them suitable for most skin types - even sensitive skin. However, if you experience prolonged irritation or discomfort, we recommend reducing the frequency of use and patch-testing new products to see how your skin responds.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. Most destinations in Australia will receive orders within 2-5 working days, though remote locations may take a bit longer.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $75. For orders under $75, there is a flat shipping rate of $7.

Yes, if you change your mind, you may return unopened products in their original condition. Returns for a refund or exchange must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure to include your proof of purchase or order information in the return.

Once we receive your returned product, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible in the original payment method. Please note that refunds will not include freight or other fees.

Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened and in their original condition.
