Step 1: Cleanse

Add 2-3 pumps of cleanser to the palm of your hands and gently lather and cleanse on wet skin. Rinse face with like warm water. Pat dry. 

Step 2: Exfoliant

Apply the desired amount to your skin and gently exfoliate in a circular motion for 30-60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with water. Use this gentle exfoliant every 2-3 days to avoid over-exfoliation, which can strip natural oils and irritate the skin.

Step 3: Moisturise

Apply a small amount to your face and neck at night after cleansing. Gently massage until fully absorbed.
